วัตถุพยานแห่งการต่อต้าน | Evidences of Resistance โดย พิพิธภัณฑ์สามัญชน Museum of Popular History ร่วมกับ พิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ คณะสังคมวิทยาและมานุษยวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ณ ห้อง 112 พิพิธภัณฑ์ธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ม.ธรรมศาสตร์ (ศูนย์รังสิต) 20 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 – 26 พฤษภาคม 2566 จันทร์-ศุกร์ 09.30 – 15.30 น. (ปิดทำการทุกวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ และ วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) การชุมนุม การประท้วง หรือการต่อต้าน มักถูกฉายภาพโดยรัฐว่าเป็นความผิดปกติ ความวุ่นวาย และความรุนแรง ทั้งที่จริงๆแล้วรัฐธรรมนูญไทยหลายฉบับรวมถึงฉบับปัจจุบันต่างรับรองเสรีภาพในการชุมนุมในฐานะสิทธิเสรีภาพขั้นพื้นฐานของประชาชน การชุมนุมก็นับเป็นเครื่องมืออันน้อยนิดที่ประชาชนคนธรรมดาจะสามารถใช้เพื่อสื่อสาร ความต้องการของตัวเองได้ และไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการสะท้อนความไม่พอใจต่อสถานการณ์อย่างตรงไปตรงมา หากแต่มีการใช้ศิลปะและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ต่างๆเข้ามาประกอบ เพื่อให้สารหรือข้อเรียกร้องมีพลังและไปถึงผู้คนที่หลากหลายมากขึ้น ส่งผลให้ข้อเรียกร้องของพวกเขามีน้ำหนักมากขึ้นในสายตาของผู้มีอำนาจ ในนิทรรศการ “วัตถุพยานแห่งการต่อต้าน” นอกจากวัตถุที่เป็นพยานสำคัญของความรุนแรงเกิดที่ขึ้นโดยรัฐ วัตถุอีกส่วนหนึ่งยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์และอารมณ์ขันของผู้ชุมนุม เพราะสำหรับประชาชนมือเปล่าที่ไร้อำนาจและอาวุธที่ใช้ประหัตประหาร ความคิดสร้างสรรค์คือเครื่องมือสำคัญที่พวกเขานำมาใช้ในการต่อต้านผู้มีอำนาจ และยังใช้สร้างความบันเทิงและความหวังให้กับผู้ชุมนุมคนอื่นๆแม้ว่าสถานการณ์จะตึงเครียดจนเหมือนไร้ซึ่งความหวังก็ตาม

Public assemblies are one of the few tools that ordinary citizens can use to communicate their own needs to the state and are not merely to express their dissatisfaction with the situation. Through the use of art and creativity, to make their message more powerful and reach a broader audience, their demands carry more weight in the eyes of those in power.The exhibition “Evidences of Resistance”, showcases both objects that are the main evidence of state violence and objects that show the creativity and humor of demonstrators and protesters. For a people without power or the weapons of their persecutors, creativity is their main tool of opposition against those in power.
